1. Who we are
Swanie's Portfolio is developed and published by the Swanie's Portfolio team.

2. What the app does
Swanie's Portfolio is a portfolio tracker for cryptocurrency and precious metals. Portfolio data is primarily stored on your device. The app may offer optional features that use additional permissions or third-party services only when you choose them.
3. Data stored on your device
The app is designed to store portfolio content primarily on your device, including vault/login data, holdings, portfolio settings, visual preferences, and related app configuration required for normal use.
4. Account and data deletion
Swanie's Portfolio keeps your portfolio and local account information on your device. We do not host a separate cloud copy of your vault for you to delete on our servers in the current release.
Removing some portfolio data (without uninstalling)
You can delete individual holdings and entire vaults from within the app using the portfolio and vault controls (for example in Settings). That removes the selected information from local storage on your device while you keep using Swanie's Portfolio.
How to remove all app data from your device
- Uninstall the app — removes the app and its local data (including your in-app account and portfolios) from that device.
- Clear app storage first (optional) — on Android: Settings → Apps → Swanie's Portfolio → Storage, then use Clear storage or Clear data (wording varies by device). That wipes local app data; you can then uninstall if you choose.
- Factory reset — erases data on the device, including anything stored by the app.
Subscriptions: active Google Play subscriptions are managed in your Google Play account, not on a server we operate. To cancel or change billing, use Google Play’s subscription controls for Swanie's Portfolio (for example from the Play Store app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

5. Optional cloud or network features
- Google Drive (not in this release): automatic vault sync to Google Drive is planned for a future version; it is not active today. You can still save encrypted backup files wherever you choose (including uploading a file to Drive yourself).
- In-app purchases / subscriptions (optional): purchase processing is handled by Google Play billing and related subscription infrastructure.
- Bug reports / feedback (optional): if you submit feedback, the information you provide is used to respond and improve app quality.
- Market/price data: the app may request market data from third-party providers to calculate and display pricing.
6. Data we do not want or cannot access
We do not sell your personal data. Features are intended to work with minimal data collection and with user-controlled optional services.
7. Children's privacy
Swanie's Portfolio is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us using the support method in the Play listing and we will review and address the request.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
9. Terms of use; limitation of liability; indemnity
By downloading, installing, or using Swanie's Portfolio, you agree on behalf of yourself and anyone you represent that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will not hold Swanie's Portfolio, its developers, contractors, licensors, or agents liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or investment losses, including damages or losses arising from: your use or inability to use the app; reliance on prices, charts, analytics, or other content in the app; errors, bugs, or interruptions; loss or corruption of local data, credentials, or backups; or third-party services or data sources.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swanie's Portfolio and its developers, contractors, licensors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If any remedy is required and a cap is permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the app or in-app purchases through Google Play in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) zero if you did not make any such payments. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
